event campaign

This campaign was crafted for the “Do More Good” conference in October. They wanted to urge college students to attend through a combination of owned, earned and paid media. I worked on the Instagram sponsorship and microsite landing page. These deliverables are effective because students use social media constantly, and clicking this ad would lead to a page where they could learn more and register.

We strived to create a design that was eye-catching and exciting. A student’s first idea of a conference probably isn’t ‘fun’ but we hoped to portray the conference in a relaxed and inspiring light. Our tagline, “do more good, for the most good,” encourages students to crave a higher purpose. Our design is relaxed yet fun, with pops of yellow to draw attention. On the site, students have an opportunity to vote on a speaker for the conference. Our Instagram ad is simple, yet effective, by featuring the voted-on speaker and encouraging them to register.
